It naturally contains polyphenolic compounds called curcuminoids which have antioxidant properties.* Turmeric and its constituents have been shown to help fight free radicals and decrease levels of reactive oxygen species in experimental models.
Ingredients
Gelatin. Contains 2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
Directions
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.
