Use Claradent Dental Floss as part of your dental oral care. It will help prevent gum disease by removing unwanted food and plaque from between the teeth where brushing can't always reach. Directions for use:
Pull out around 45 cm of floss and wind it around your fingers, leaving about 10 cm of floss between them.
Hold floss firmly between thumb and index finger of each hand. Gently slide floss between teeth.
Move floss up and down against tooth to clean both above and below the gum line, curving the floss around the tooth for best results.
Repeat cleaning procedure for each tooth. Everyfew teeth, move to a clean piece of floss by unwinding it onto the other finger.
Discard floss after use

How to use
Wrap 2 inches of Oral-B Satin Floss Mint around your middle fingers. Gently slide the floss between your teeth until the gum line. Shorten the floss to come into contact with as much tooth surface as possible and gently move the floss up and down. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth.
